Hello Martin,

Correct, you can not purchase a service agreement for just AV Standard.  But
if you purchase an agreement of ICS Standard, that covers one year of
updates.   But note, the AV was pulled out of ICS Standard over 1 year ago.


Without an SA, the Antivirus will continue to work/run but you no longer
will receive updates.  This is how AV/AS (any vendor who delivers daily
updates) provides their service.  Otherwise, if customers could pay once and
then have signatures delivered in perpetuity by the security vendor, the
security vendor would have a problem;-)

For AV Standard, no service agreement is or was available and this has
nothing to do with the update of the signatures. The Software does not need
any login data to get the newest signatures. So, it should work. I think,
that bitdefender does not update the url
