That wouldn't mean that people in the US would actually agree with that
happening either. I think everyone can agree that a spammer should be shot
on site rather than get their day in court but that's how things work over
here. What would be justice is that a number of service providers dropped a
class actions suit against this guy since Spamhaus can't retract the verdict
now.
