Hello All
I know there has been talk of people
having problems with downloading attachments using IMail. I have several
customers calling in complaining that they're mail seems to be stuck. When
I check their account via the web I see that there are messages that they've
already down loaded are left on the server. They don't have the option
checked in their mail program. Sometimes I can delete it for them but
other times I try to delete them and they won't go away. These are normal
size attachments so I don't understand why my customers are having so much
trouble with them
Does anyone have any ideas?
