It will be transparent for them since they ask your DNS where to find the 
MX ip address for the Imail machine, so as long as you modify your DNS 
correctly, it will go ok.

So that your old DNS records with the old ip address don't get cached too 
long, it is recommended that you reduce the TTL of the affected domains at 
least TTL-length-of-time before you do the change, let the old TTL time out 
and die, do the change, and then increase the TTL of the domains to the 
suggested value.
