9 out of 10 users that I deal with on large attachments
stalling have stopped the transfer at some point because
the do not realize that it is actually downloading.  (Since
when does it only take 5 minutes to dowload a 3 MB file?)

However in cases where the user simply can not download
and can not delete them from the web interface I have
found you have to go and delete any of the associated
files then let Imail rebuild them.

For example main.ndx, main.uid, main.srt if the affected
folders is main.mbx.  Delete these files and then Imail
will let you delete the selected messages from the web
interface or Imail client.

Subject: [IMail Forum]

Hello All
I know there has been talk of people having problems with downloading attachments using IMail.  I have several customers calling in complaining that they're mail seems to be stuck.  When I check their account via the web I see that there are messages that they've already down loaded are left on the server.  They don't have the option checked in their mail program.  Sometimes I can delete it for them but other times I try to delete them and they won't go away.  These are normal size attachments so I don't understand why my customers are having so much trouble with them

Does anyone have any ideas?
