9 out of 10 users that I deal with on large
attachments
stalling have stopped the transfer at some point
because
the do not realize that it is actually
downloading. (Since
when does it only take 5 minutes to dowload a 3 MB
file?)
However in cases where the user simply can not
download
and can not delete them from the web interface I
have
found you have to go and delete any of the
associated
files then let Imail rebuild them.
For example main.ndx, main.uid, main.srt if the
affected
folders is main.mbx. Delete these files and
then Imail
will let you delete the selected messages from the
web
interface or Imail client.
