I would probably file a complaint with the ACLU of IP addresses for discrimination just because they're labeled "odd". Instead of "odd", I would request in the complaint that they be called modulo 2 challenged.
On a more serious note, you certainly have a good point. The problem here is that a number of organizations, including some very large ones like Time Warner and MSN/Hotmail block for only being in CBL, as we discovered recently. This is a very bad practice, but right or not, it's probably easier to solve the problem by pushing CBL than to attempt to push everyone who blocks on CBL, especially the larger companies. All they're doing is maintaining a list using their own criteria. If someone else decides to use that list they obviously agree with that criteria. If I maintain a list of odd numbered IP addresses and somebody uses it as a spam filter are you going to complain to me if you've got an odd IP address? -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] "The avalanche has already started, it is too Rod Dorman late for the pebbles to vote." - Ambassador Kosh To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
