I was able to get it to work by following the instructions for a self
generated key.
One issue we've had is the SSL side of web messaging stops working while
the non-secure side continues to work. Stopping and starting web messaging
gets things working again. I've talked with support about it they say this
isn't a known problem and they suggest reinstalling from the complete 6.0.2
install versus the patch upgrade. In other words, take two patches and call
me in the morning :-). I'll reinstall during spring break to see if that
helps. The failure happens at random times and hasn't happened since I
opened the call to Ipswitch a couple weeks ago.
