That doesn't necessarily mean that it is an IMail bug.  Someone had
mentioned that if the Netscape user rebooted, it also fixed the problem.  It
may be a TCP/IP connection that doesn't get closed, for example, in which
case rebooting either client or server would "fix" the problem.
