Jason,
I have heard of this as a problem, if one has the V5.0x templates, rather
than the V6.0x ones. Go to the ftp site,
ftp.ipswitch.com\ipswitch\product_support\imail and get tmplt602.zip. Now
rename the \imail\web dir and then create a new \web dir. Unzip the file to
the new \imail\web dir. Now start the Web MSG service.
