Switch is the web interface which allows you to configure Sendmail 8.10
it is a special promotional price of $99 at www.sendmail.com

You don't NEED it, but sendmail is getting to become quite a large beast
with more options than before, so I would recommend using switch to tie the
system together.  Basically, it creates .cf files which make sense, so that
when you change one end of the .cf file, it fixes the related bits in other
parts of the .cf file also.

I think if we collectively work on Ipswitch, they will see the sense in
returning our 1000 bucks

There are laws which prevent you from selling something that doesn't work.
And there are severe penalties for continuing sales after conviction (they
include jail sentences, but normally enforce bankruptcy)
