Hello All,
I have a customer who has approached me with a request that I'm not quite
sure how to address. The customer has setup some basic HTML forms on his
sites. He'd like the contents of these forms to automatically be sent to
various Imail POP3 accounts on our mail servers. He'd like his staff in
Missouri, Texas, & Georgia to be able to retrieve these message securely.
The problem is that when he, or any of his employees, pop the messages using
their mail client software, the messages are momentarily insecure as they
travel from our mail servers, to their mail clients. Does anyone know of a
way to setup secure communications between the Imail server & mail clients
such as Outlook or Outlook Express? I suggested that his employees use our
web based email interface where they can activate SSL mode, but he insists
that his employees have become accustom to only using their mail client
software and would not be willing to periodically check the web based
interface. Any ideas would be appreciated!
Thanks
Randy Leiker
