[IMail Forum] Parent/Child Settings Restricting Access?

Maybe someone has posted this before, but I will ask just the same.

I am wondering if there is a way for parents to manage filters on
their childs email account, but restrict the child from accessing
these settings? I need this independent of domain specific management
but by account specific management. Guess I could password a link
to get to the settings management? Has any one had experience with
his issue?
