Actually, we have the C:\Imail\Web directory, but it's empty. All the files
are in D:\Imail\Web, and it works fine for us. But we're also using Ron's
HKSI templates rather than Ipswitch's....

I have noticed this, too.  So i treat c:\imail\web and d:\imail\web as
mirror directories.  I change one, I copy the changes to the other...  A
nuisance, but livable.   Not enought to pay for a &*%&^%^%(* support
contract, though.
