Look in your local glossary and find what the 'R' represents in the acronym
RFC

Furthermore:

Actually, I could waste my time on supplying you more information, but
that's pretty pointless, in the light of your altogether different,
uninformed, viewpoint.

Ipswitch is looking into the problem.  Shouldn't that be enough for you to
understand that the problem is with them?
