We are also having weird problems with the web messaging. I called last week
to Ipswitch and they said no one else is having problems...

We have a disclaimer on the login page that says:

"Notice: Ten Forward Web Messaging is provided to you as a convenient way of
retrieving your email remotely while either traveling or at another computer
using another online service. Ten Forward Web Messaging is not intended for
day to day use and is not a replacement for the email client loaded on your
system. We strongly encourage you to use either Outlook Express, Netscape
Mail, Eudora, etc. Ten Forward is not responsible for any loss of data
associated with this service, including but not limited to the Address Book
and additional mail folders created with the Web Messaging service. Thank
you for your attention, Ten Forward Support Staff."

We still have tons of users that only use the web mail. We even try to talk
them into installing a client...

But we really want the web messaging to work correctly!! It just crashes at
random times and we cannot duplicate it on demand. It may go a day with no
problems, or it may crash 5 times in as many minutes.
