I just got an email from support (Eric) and he said the same thing about
permissions on the folders. I have just applied them and will see if this
solves the problem. I wish they would have said this 2 weeks ago when I
called...
We have been using Imail and web messaging since 3.x. Overall, it has been
very stable. We have a lot of users that got use to using web messaging and
they no longer use the client. Even with our disclaimer on the web page...
Needless to say, when something goes wrong with web messaging, our support
lines get flooded!
