Actually I think the orginal rule was working EXACTLY as you had told it to!
Look at what the rule was looking for and what Davids message had and you
can see the match. One does have to be _very careful_ in selecting the text
you expect it to use, as it can and will catch a word within a word (as you
found!). You might have instead, changed the rule to use case matching (=)
only, and it whould have worked as you might have expected!  The 'leading
space' won't hurt as it now will have to match exactly
" National Services" (hard return and quotes used, so the space can be
seen). Of course, if my signature contains "Dan's National Services", your
rule will catch that, too. Trailing spaces can be used, but again,
carefully.

 Do you remember the rule, 'There is always an exception to any rule'?????
