[IMail Forum] what file is the "delete messages" file

I have a customer that had 45 messages two days ago when she signed off and
has only 2 today.  Since we just switched to the new (GREAT) HKS Web
templates, I'm betting she hit the delete all button.  Is there a place I
can find this or a file name to look for in the logs?

Or, has anyone heard of mysteriously disappearing messages (that weren't due
to pilot error)?
