By sorting out the data from the log into appropriate groupings, here is what I find:
23 "LST Administrative message from [EMAIL PROTECTED]" messages appear. Not certain
what these are, as I haven't used the mailing lists yet. But, that's one of these
messages every 3-6 seconds or so. You (or someone else on this list) need to figure
out what those are and why.
6 SMTPD lines, showing 3 partial SMTP transactions (incoming E-mail to your server).
If this snippet is from close to 2 minutes of logs, your server (or all 3 clients) are
running slow. But, we already know that. :)
15 "finished" lines without a start: This means that there were 15 E-mails that were
successfully delivered, that had been started before this snippet. That's fine.
19 pairs of "processing"/"finished". That means that 19 E-mails were successfully
sent out within less than 2 minutes. The exception is "ERR powerpace.net not local
geraldc from <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>", which appears to be a local user that was deleted.
19 "processing" lines with a finish: This means that there were 19 E-mails that
started to send, but finished after the end of the snippet. That, paired with 15
E-mails that were delivered during the snippet but started before the snippet, seems
to be O.K.
So, the snippet doesn't really tell us anything more than E-mails seem to be delivered
within less than 2 minutes on average (except for the LST entries, which hopefully
someone else can explain).
