Phillip,

Well, right now, your SMTP Security settings are set to 'Relay for anyone',
so IMail will accept any message and attempt delivery (you should look at
the manual concerning the Relay settings, so you do not become a SPAM relay
point!). The '@localhost' in the bounced message, usually means that IMail
has checked all the domains it knows, for that user and has failed to find
the user in the domains. All together, this means that you are having a
'name resolution' problem on the system. You have named the domain in IMail
as 'mail.esc6.net' (I saw when I connected to the SMTP service), and if this
is the domain using the Primary IP of the system (I suspect you have only
one! Do you?), then that name does not match the 'real' name as found in the
TCPIP settings! Your HOSTS file (winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts) needs to
be checked and most likely, an entry added. HOSTS should look like this:

127.0.0.1 localhost
w.x.y.z Your_hostname
(Your IP) (your hostname, as found in the TCPIP settings on IP tab and DNS
tab, both Host and Domain names combined)

If the TCPIP Host/Domain name settings are NOT what is used, on the Primary
IP, in IMail, then there MUST be another line in the HOSTS with:
w.x.y.z IMail_Official_Host_Name
(Your_IP) (OHN as used by IMail)

Also, end each line with <CRLF> (the Enter key). If the last line does not
have a Carriage Return, NT will not 'see' it!

I also see that the bounce has several 'returns' and has been truncated
without seeing the original message. This implies some sort of 'loop' in the
system. Now, that may be resolved with the HOSTS file changes, but if not,
that is another clue that your system and IMail configurations needs to be
looked at, in more detail. Tell us what your TCPIP settings (IP and DNS
tabs) are, and what the IMail Host Configuration settings are for the
Primary IP ( as found in the IP tab).
