Sorry, Magdy, I'm mostly Smoke & Mirrors, like the Wizard of Oz.  I know a 
lot about a couple of things, but there are many pb's and issues here where 
I huff and puff just to keep up with the others. It's a team effort.

I think Danny Boy has it right. He often does.

If you have "relay fo everbody", Imail's SMTPD server just blindly accepts 
any incoming junk, saying "I rec'd it" without seeing if it's deliverable, 
which is a whole nother story, and then Imail tries to later to deliver it, 
and can't, and so bounces it back to sender as non-deliverable, which 
really means, non-relayable by Imail (as an open-relay).

ie, open relaying doesn not guarantee that Imail can deliver it.
