[IMail Forum] Email Attachment Problem

Hello everyone,
One of my users cannot open attachments via web messaging. The email states
that attachment is there but when you click on the link to download it, it
states that there is "No such attachment" or the attachment does not
download.  Does anyone know to solve this issue?  I am running Imail 6 on an
NT box.
