Thanks frank! Just for the record, it was actually the web templates.
Version 5 templates do not work too well with Imail version 6.

Sounds like you need to update your web templates, or the user needs to
update his web browser. I will bet he or she either A, is using a really old
version of some web browser, B, has something configured wrong, C, is using
a macintosh in which case you will need to wait until the next patch for
templates comes out (god knows when) or update your web templates. You can
get the default 6 templates from ipswitch web site...
