Absotively. Combine it with Ron's web templates from Humankind systems,
and we're quite pleased. And many have observed that a good price can be
obtained from CDW for the software (and you probably qualify for their
educational/government discount -- see CDW-G). We're running a modest
installation -- 650 users and a couple of dozen mailing lists. It's not
perfect, but I'd do it again.

And this list is the best thing on the net for assistance that isn't
manufacturer-controlled.
