Just thought I would add my two cents worth...We have over 35,000 email
accounts (yes, that IS thirty-five thousand) in our system and IMail handles
everything well. There are a few glitches and annoyances and it isn't
perfect -- our users want an online address book like Exchange has -- , but
we had an Exchange set-up about a year ago and it was a nightmare compared
to IMail with or without the address book! We have just renewed our
unlimited user license for IMail for another year.

Absotively. Combine it with Ron's web templates from Humankind systems,
and we're quite pleased. And many have observed that a good price can be
obtained from CDW for the software (and you probably qualify for their
educational/government discount -- see CDW-G). We're running a modest
installation -- 650 users and a couple of dozen mailing lists. It's not
perfect, but I'd do it again.

And this list is the best thing on the net for assistance that isn't
manufacturer-controlled.
