What's the licensing look like for NT Server? I've been told (on the phone
with ipswitch) that the NT CAL's are not required for connections that a
basic e-mail and web server make, such as IMail. Is that true or not? Or
maybe I am confusing what the discussion is concerning and just being
paranoid...?

The license restricts you to 10 IP connections, but you can actually
have all the connections your box can handle. It's illegal, but doable.
