Sorry, I should have made it clearer that I was just going into the details of how a
program I wrote worked. I certainly did not mean to recommend it as a way to handle
bounced messages, especially for someone new to IMail.
FYI, I'm not aware of any other mail server that has the capability of doing what my
program does, so you would need to do this kind of dirty work on any server to
accomplish what I wanted. I'm just one of those odd people who likes pushing things
to their limits.
In your situation, I would recommend just looking at the logs as Daniel suggested. If
you wanted to go further than that, you might write a script or batch file to run once
a day to list the bounced messages.
