I've never heard of this one (nor have I been able to duplicate
it!) before,
so all I have are more questions!
What database are you using for IMail and all your
domains?
If IMail, this would imply that something is
causing the registry to be
modified. Not sure why this
might happen. Only thing I can think of would be
some
other process or service is also using the registry and causing some
conflict. Shut of any service or close all other programs and
see if problem
goes away.
If NT
DB, IMail should not make any changes to NT passwords. Does this mean
that the user must now login to NT network with 'password' as
his password?
If External, open view of DB and check
that users password. Did it REALLY
change in the
table?
