VirusWall from TrendMicro does a fantastic job.  It notifies the
sender, notifies the recipient, then strips the infected content and
sends the cleansed result on the the recipient.  I don't have this
product, but I've been on the receiving end of its work -- and its
darn impressive (for those of us that like to have all of the i's
dotted).

This is what I hope to acquire in a month or two.
