Before anyone actually goes too far on this app, here's something you should
read. For the record, I have provided them with all they asked and have
heard nothing back from them as yet. Not an app that I'd run or recommend to
others. I went with Mailwall which is WAY more configurable, and has the
advantage of working with whatever your current virus software is.

Subject: [20000629-P2-ISEM-SB-046][A16789][WCV1] Virus Wall eManager Content
Filter- False Hits
Case ID: A16780
SE Assigned: Lester S. Bunda
Our sincerest apologies for whatever inconvenience this problem may have
caused.
Based on your problem description, we have itemized the problem accordingly.
Kindly confirm if we have address all of your concerns or did we
misunderstood your problem.
Problem #1:
An email tripped the "Racial Discrimination" filter. The concerned
email's text initially does not seem to contain words that should trigger
the filter. The filter also was not to be active.
Suggestion #1:
Would you please be kind enough to provide us the following:
1. Version of InterScan
2. Version of InterScan eManager
3. Screen shot of the [Add/Edit Policy] window for the Racial
Discrimination Policy
4. InterScan eManager\Content Management\Contscan.ini
5. InterScan eManager\Content Management\csconfig.dat
6. InterScan eManager\Content Management\iscan.log.yyyy.mm.dd
7. If you have set the eManager to quarantine the files, then
please send us the quarantined mail.
For the last 4 files, please compress them in ZIP format and
password protect it, and then please send them to us.
If you can successfully simulate the blocking of the mail, then
please save and then clear the logs, and then simulate the problem, so that
the logs will contain information for the "triggering" of the said policy.
We anxiously await for your reply.

To be complete, could you mention the price?
