Clearly the quality of their support varies. But, no matter how great the support is
for one person, if someone else has a 2-week response time to get a "We don't support
that product" answer, their average response time certainly can't be 2 minutes. <G>
I was just trying to see if they were aware of the bug that caused us about 300
megabytes of excess traffic (someone sent a 3 meg file to 50 people; it couldn't
deliver to the first recipient, so it ended up re-sending the message to everyone 3
times).
If someone comes out with an inexpensive SMTP gateway that has virus scanning and can
be secured against spam, and it works well, they could make a fortune.

They support Webshield and very well. We however have a 2-year subscription with
Priority Support - 2 minutes and they are usually on the line for support OR access to
their premium online knowledgebase typically answers any question.
