Philippe,

I used that IP and Telnet and got the same message (which is a normal
response from a host, too busy to allow a connection). However, that IP is
not shown as any used by yahoo.com and its MX hosts, when I checked DNS. So
the question then becomes, why are you getting that IP? (is it in the HOSTS
file?) This implies that you are having some name resolution problems. Here
are the DNS results I got:
