I am also facing the same problem. I also did the same thing, but still have the same problem. Len, could you please help me in this regard
If stop/start SMTP doesn't allow your NS users to send out mail again (for a while), then are you sure they have set up their NS's for SMTP AUTH at all? Were they ever able to sent mail from NS messenger?
