I am facing the problem in the Web messaging itself. Its not only for the Netscape. The problem sometimes come for the IE also. Sometimes my users are able to send messages and sometimes the system automatically log them out.
ah, that's not SMTP AUTH stopping. I've been able to avoid Web Messaging usage up til now, so somebody else who has wrestled with Web messaging it will help you.
I've have seen the auto logout "feature". It will happen if the user waits 12 minutes between submitting a page, since web messaging for a user sesssion will time-out due to user inactivity (no HTML page submissions) in 12 minutes. Is the 12-minute time-out your your situation??
