We have Relaying enabled for a specified IP range. We also have unchecked the box for Disable SMTP Auth so that users not from our specified IP range will have to authenticate to use our SMTP server. However, our customers coming in through valid IP addresses using Netscape are getting prompted for a password to send mail. We want to keep the security in place, how do we configure the Netscape mail client to get by the authentication process.
