Rick,
I am a member of the forum, with the same status as any other. As you have
already been notified when you joined the list, or by the weekly message,
Ipswitch people do monitor and sometimes answer, but that is not required
for them, nor the reason or mode of operation, for the the forum. Ipswitch
allows me to answer during work hours, when I see a particular instance that
can be used as 'training' for other members of the forum. I'm sorry, but
email sent directly to this address, by forum members, can not be answered
by me. If you have an issue that you need resolved, your best bet is to
contact Ipswitch via the normal channels (email to support or the web site
forum or via phone, if you are in warranty or have a Support Agreement). If
you wish to contact me via the forum, that is fine, too.
