Send mail to "username@[ip address]". For example, "username@[127.0.0.1]" (make sure
to use the brackets). If you don't have the brackets, mail servers are supposed to
think it is a domain name (per the RFCs).
If you want to send mail FROM an IMail server to an IP address, and the above doesn't
work, you could always as a last resort make an entry in the HOSTS files
(C:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts) with a made-up domain name. That isn't
recommended, though, as the hosts file should only be used as a last resort.
