I have a very peculiar problem, and I need answers ASAP. This is a top
priority for me.
The problem:
I have IMail 6.04 setup here on our servers. All our users from within the
firewall can get to their email with no problem. THe problem is our users
from outside the firewall. They have problems ranging from not being able to
download, to mail client freezing to simply cannot see our servers (ping
comes back saying destination unreachable).
THis started happening about 15 days ago, and I started about 10 days ago
with this company. I am very new to IMAIL and have little knowledge to what
needs to be configured or checked.
Please help. I need pointers as to where to check for faults if there's any,
and how to fix it.
