I had the same problems. When you create a virtual host using the imail
administrator on your server, it does not create the "web" subdirectory
under the host directory. It needs this to save the mailnews.txt file and
other web ad stuff. Create the directory and it should work.
Other note, if you create the new virtual host using the web interface it
will demand that you place a trailing "/" after the virtual host home
directory or it will not create the host. It will create the "web"
directory automatically. However, you must remove the "/" from the imail
admin screen to setup an exterior database or you get an error there. Just
can't win :) Everything is a process it seems
