Well, what is listed in the "To:" field of the E-mail that is being deleted?
If, for example, if says "To: Our friendly customers", the message will be deleted.
Note that the "To:" address is a very different beast than the recipients of the
E-mail. The "To:" SMTP header is often forged even by legitimate E-mailers (such as
"Undisclosed Recipient List"). Just because a user receives an E-mail doesn't mean
the "To:" header will have his/her name in it.
