As far as I know. I wouldn't know if they ignored me, but when spam has
been reported I've always been able to get it stopped. Even if you can't
find the actual source, you can contact the administrator of the first
server in the chain. They've always responded for me, but we really haven't
had a lot of trouble with spam.
I've never had any problem with getting people off of lists they had
subscribed to. Some are easier than others, but no major problems.
