Does the password have any special characters?

Does it still do it if you change the password?

Subject: [IMail Forum] Intermittent Password error

My boss says that on one of the domains (of about 40) on our server He gets
an error saying that the password he supplied is invalid.

We are currently using MS Access as our User Database for all our domains
save one.

The reason for the one that's not using Access is because I had a similar
problem like this with another domain and the only way to stop the problem
was to change the account to use the IMail Registry option for the users.

Has anyone else seen this problem and know how to fix it?
