So, with Imail 6.04 sending outgoing to IMGate, you're still having
10x the bounce rate even with IMGate doing the final deliveries? If
so, then IMail 6.04 is sending what msgs differently to imgate that
bounce? Since imail doesn't use DNS to send outgoing to Imgate's ip.
If IMGate gets them bounced too, I find it hard to believe Imail 6.04
was the cause.
