If you are talking about Imail, please show us the log where Imail is
not accepting this user.

I have scoured the logs (mine are not that big, only a few users on a test
box), and there is no mention of this mail getting bounced, or anything
about a unknown user. But I will fire a log off to you len (so I don't waste
other's bandwidth here)..
