Could also be the remote server not accepting the senders email. Often
rejections are returned with 'unknown user' even though that is not the
'real' reason for mail not being accepted.
Need to see ALL log lines related to this transaction to figure this one
out. Also domain names and user names, so one can attempt to communicate
with the receiver in attempt to duplicate.
