Yes,
it is possible to do this. I do not know of a way to prevent the error
events caused by the keyboard/mouse not being plugged in. You can just
ignore those in the event log/viewer. All the NT/IIS stuff can be done
over the web in a browser....however I would highly recommend putting some
remote control software on it such as PCAnywhere by
Symantec.
