[IMail Forum] AVOID SPAMMING

Is there anyway to avoid spamming if we want to give out free email accounts?   I understand that allow web access with IP restriction would do the trick.  However, I would like to alllow users to be able to use OUTLOOK EXPRESS, ... to retrieve their email.
