How would I do the 'nobody' alias ?

It would seem that IPSwitch should include these features as well as others.
While it gives opportunity for other people to write software and sell it as
add on's like
declude.com and hksi.com, it really is a big shortcoming of IPSwitch, not to
include neccessary everyday features.
It is not understandable at all!!!!
