When I didn't own an ISP version of VOPMail (www.vircom.com) I would get
responses from their tech support within 30 mins. We bought that product.
Wow, 25 hours IS great. Actually I think its was ~ 20 hours.

I make that 25 hours (not including timezones, assuming that the working day
starts at 9 am), not bad for a target of 24 hours.
