Has anyone had any luck using Imail to connect to MySQL through MyODBC?

I've gotten to the point where the Imail administration console will create and 
read user information, but everything falls apart when a user attempts to 
login. No matter what I've tried, the authentication always fails.

I feel like I'm close...
